How to book

What applies to all our trips: how to save your spot, what happens if you can't make it, and what we expect from the group. If a trip has different terms, you'll find them on its own page.

How to sign up

1. Review all the tour information available on this form.

2. Fill out the form with your actual details. If 2 or more people are traveling, each person must fill out their own form.

3. Make your booking. On the receipt, please indicate: Full name + Tour you are signing up for. Then, take a screenshot and send it via WhatsApp to +1 (809) 775-6082.

4. One week before the tour, we will add you to the WhatsApp group, where you will receive all the final details: stops, recommendations, and much more.

Cancellation policy

If for any reason you are unable to attend the trip you signed up for and have already made a reservation or paid for the trip in full, the following applies:

•Find a replacement to avoid financial loss. You must notify us at least 3 days in advance.
•NO SAME-DAY CHANGES ARE ALLOWED, for example: showing up with an unregistered person is strictly prohibited.
•If you only made a reservation for the trip (meaning you only paid the deposit to secure your spot) and don't have a replacement, the amount IS NOT TRANSFERABLE TO ANOTHER TRIP NOR REFUNDABLE.
•If you have paid for the trip in full and notified us before the final payment deadline, but don't have a replacement, you will lose your deposit and the DIFFERENCE WILL BE REFUNDED.
•If you have paid for the trip in full, but don't have a replacement and notify us after the final payment deadline, you will lose the full payment. IT IS NOT REFUNDABLE.
•If you reserved more than one spot for a trip and one person is unable to attend, they must be replaced. The reservation for the person who won't be attending IS NOT TRANSFERABLE TO THE REMAINING BALANCE FOR THE OTHERS.
•If the payment deadline passes and you haven't completed the total amount, your spot will be released.
•If in the cases mentioned above you don't have a replacement and can't attend the trip, you can ask if we have a waitlist to help you make the change.
•If due to circumstances beyond our control (weather or situational) the trip needs to be suspended, and you can't attend on the newly scheduled date or aren't interested in another trip, a FULL REFUND will be issued.

House rules

•No vaping, Vladdin or cigarettes inside the bus.
•The bus will not make any additional stops. Pickup and drop‑off will be only at the meeting point.
•If you bring alcoholic drinks, it’s essential to consume them responsibly.
•The selected music will be to everyone's taste, avoiding any obscene tracks (Dembow/Reggaetón or others) that could disturb the order or spread messages contrary to our company values.
